From the beach front top floor apartment you'll be able to see across the beautiful Sea of Cortez to the Peñasco lighthouse beyond. From the ground-floor of the Princesa De Penasco condo the pool is only a few steps away, and the most beautiful beach in Rocky Point is only a few steps beyond that.

Princesa de Penasco Resort amenities include a clubhouse with fitness center, tennis courts, three swimming pools and a child wading pool. Princesa de Penasco has been very carefully laid out to maximize the views and create the feeling of a luxurious, private enclave. Yet, it’s only minutes from Peñasco’s restaurants, shops and nightlife. These condos are generously sized to accommodate four people in two bedrooms with queen beds and private baths, and have a sofa/sleeper for two additional people. They have fully equipped kitchens, laundry room and TV/VCR. Rentals have everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay, including daily maid service.
