What does the Vacation Protection Plan cover?
  • Trip Cancellation : In the event you need to cancel your vacation due to an accident, injury or illness (or death), this plan covers your out-of-pocket costs for prepaid, non-refundable expenses and deposits.*
  • Trip Interruption : In the event you need to interrupt your travel for medical reasons, or a host of other unforeseen events, this plan covers the lost part of your vacation costs as well as providing benefits to get you home.*
  • Travel Delay : Provides coverage on a one time basis for reasonable additional accommodations and traveling expenses incurred* due to a covered delay of at least six hours.
  • Baggage Coverage : Provides benefits for loss, damage or theft of your baggage and personal effects*.
  • Baggage Delay : Provides reimbursement for the reasonable additional purchase of essential items if your luggage doesn't arrive when you do and the bags are not located for at least 24 hours.*
  • Vehicle Return : Provides transportation for automobile back to primary residence should the guest become ill/injured, preventing their return home.*
  • Roadside Assistance : 24-Hour Emergency Towing, Assistance with flat tires, gas, battery jumpstart, winching.*
  • Emergency Medical Transportation : In the event of injury or illness, the coverage will pay for emergency medical transportation services*, which are required to move you to the nearest appropriate healthcare facility, as well as pay up to $5,000 toward your return trip home.
  • Emergency Medical and Dental: This coverage provides benefits for losses due to medical and dental emergencies that occur during your trip.
  • 24-hour Travel Assistance : Customer Service is always available 24/7. They provide travel and emergency assistance for common travel incidents from medical emergencies to legal referrals and travel planning.

How much does the insurance cost?

The insurance is 7% of your total non-refundable vacation trip cost.

Can I decide later?

Yes, you can decide later. In fact, the Plan has a 10-day satisfaction guarantee, so you can get a 100% refund if you wish to decline the coverage once you've received the Policy and reviewed the terms. Would you like to include it and get back to us if you wish to cancel?

Who provides the insurance?

Insurance benefits are underwritten by BCS Insurance Company on Master Policy Form No. 52.201 or 52.401 and administered by World Access Service Corp.
